I Think that I shall never see..

I Think that I shall never see..

..a poem as lovely as a tree  (Joyce Kilmer) I don’t ever remember as a child being filled with too much awe at the change of seasons.  It seems that as I get older the things I glossed over in my youth make more sense to me and mean more too me now.  This morning on my way into work, my youngest son and I were marveling at the beauty of the blooming trees now that spring seems to be starting.  Caelan has an elephantine memory...

Good Riddance Circuit City

This will be brief.. I ALWAYS hated Circuit City.  It was always a bloated horrible place to even shop. The deals were always few and far between and the service was ALWAYS terrible.  Its no wonder they went out of business.  They cared more about the image than the business which is why THEY ARE NOW DEFUNCT!  Goodbye to bad rubbish is what I say..good riddance! My grandfather, Harry Cooper, was a train buff.  He would sit and talk with us for hours about all the types of trains and which...

Oscar… the Grouch

Oscar… the Grouch

The Oscars last night were a JOKE!  I feel they were so out of touch with reality on so many levels.  My friend Mike warned me to stop watching award shows.  Mike I think I will now buddy.  Here are just a few of my gripes this year. I feel some large glaring mistakes were made. First, The Dark Knight SHOULD have been at leastnominated for best pic. Secondly its a shame that Grand Torino wasn’t nominated for anything not even...
